Chapter 1294 – A Hooligan
City Bureau.
Outside the office building.
Dong Xuebing knocked out Wang Shen three times in front of everybody. The latter’s face was covered in bruises, and he lost count of how many teeth he lost. His clothes were in tatters. The onlookers were dumbfounded. Director Wang was humiliated in front of everyone. His injuries would take at least two weeks to recover.
“Stop!”
“Stop hitting him!”
“Stop immediately!”
“You are attacking a government agency!”
“This is not a place for you to do what you want!”
Many leaders and staff close to Wang Shen shouted at Dong Xuebing. They stared at him but dared not go near.
Dong Xuebing stopped after hearing them and turned to a female staff with a bottle of mineral water. He walked towards her and took the bottle from her. He thanked her and walked back with the bottle.
Is he stopping?
Is he tired and needs a drink?
The onlookers were relieved.
Before everybody could say anything, Dong Xuebing poured the mineral water on Wang Shen’s face. The cold water woke him up again. He coughed weakly on the ground.
Dong Xuebing lifted his leg and stomped on his face again.
Everybody felt a chill down their spine. This guy took the bottle of water not because he was thirsty. It was to wake Director Wang.
WTF!
This guy is ruthless.
How deep is their grudge?
How did Director Wang offend you?
“Stop!”
“Can you hear us?”
“He will die if you continue!”
Many State Security staff started shouting at Dong Xuebing.
Those guards and the staff, who were knocked out by Dong Xuebing earlier, woke up. Dong Xuebing’s target was Wang Shen, and he did not go all out on others. He used some combat techniques to knock out them. They were not hurt other than a few got sore throats. They dare not go near when they see the young man dragging Director Wang out of the building.

This guy shocked almost a hundred people. He stopped everyone from going near him. This was unbelievable.
Suddenly, people started running out of the office building.
It was a group of ten people. They were waiting for the meeting in the conference hall. Among them was Wang Shen’s current wife, Xu Yan. They heard what happened and rushed out. They did not react slowly. Dong Xuebing was too fast. He took a few minutes to barge into the bureau and drag Wang Shen out of the building. The conference hall had good soundproofing. Dong Xuebing was almost done when they heard what happened and got out.
“Old Wang!”
“Director Wang!”
“What are you doing? Are you trying to revolt?”
The people who just came out were furious.
They heard about Dong Xuebing’s combat skills from the staff who informed them. They did not dare to go near him.
Only Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) ran forward. “Old Wang!”
Dong Xuebing finished kicking and was taking a breather beside him. He saw Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) and ignored her. He let her run to Wang Shen.
“Old Wang! Wake up!” Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) was worried.
“Stop shaking him. He will not die.”
Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) saw Dong Xuebing and attacked him with a palm strike without saying a word.
Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) did not hit Sister Xu, and Dong Xuebing would not do anything to her. He seldom hit women and blocked her attack.
Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) continued with a knee attack on his stomach.
Dong Xuebing pushed her, and she fell to the ground.
Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) knew she was not Dong Xuebing’s match. She stared at him as if she wanted to eat him alive. She was furious by her husband’s injuries.
Dong Xuebing thought nothing about it. He looked at her. “Don’t look at me like this. I am not used to it. You should know your husband well. He wants to be arrogant. Fine. Let’s see who is more arrogant. Stop staring at me. I would beat you up if you were not a woman.” Although Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) did not hit Sister Xu, she was also involved. Dong Xuebing would not be nice to her.
Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) stood up.
Dong Xuebing looked at her. “I did not hit you just now, but that does not mean I will not hit you if you come at me again.” He was still furious.

A few staff from her branch stopped her. They saw Dong Xuebing’s eyes and knew he was mad. He would not hold back.

“Calm down, Chief Xu!”

Dong Xuebing saw them not attacking him again and turned to look at Wang Shen, who had woken up again. He felt he had hit enough and was about to slap Wang Shen the last time. You dare to hit my Sister Xu? I hope you learned your lesson today.
Suddenly, a gunshot fired.
Bang! Someone fired into the air.
About a dozen people ran out from a side building. All of them were carrying firearms.
“The guns are here!”
“Terrific!”
“They are just in time.”
“That’s right. Director Wang would be severely injured if that guy continues to hit him like this.”
“More than a dozen guns are pointing at him. He should be too scared to move. He would be full of holes if each person fired one shot.”
Although those people returned with the guns late, they were not too late. The City Bureau staff regained their confidence and ordered Dong Xuebing to stop.
They surrounded Dong Xuebing and pointed their guns at him.
The Western Branch’s staff, especially Tan Limei, were worried.
Over a dozen guns pointed at Dong Xuebing, and he looked at them without saying a word.
“Put your hands above your head!”
“Don’t move!”
“Get down on your knees!”
Those staff with guns shouted at Dong Xuebing.
Xu Yan (Shen Yan’s current wife) was relieved. Her husband was groaning in pain. She knew he would be fine now as Dong Xuebing was restrained.

Dong Xuebing laughed when he saw those guns. He bends down beside Wang Shen.
“Hands on your head!”
“Or I will shoot!”
To everyone’s surprise, Dong Xuebing ignored them. He raised his arm and slapped Wang Shen.

Wang Shen spat out a few teeth again.
Everyone was stunned. They could not believe their eyes.
This guy dares to continue with so many guns pointing at him.
Tan Limei was scared and shouted. “Don’t shoot!”
The staff with guns were shocked. They worked in the State Security for many years and had never seen anyone not afraid of guns.
They were unsure if they should fire at this moment.
Dong Xuebing was done hitting Shen Wang and stood up. He smiled and walked forward with his hands in his pockets.
“Don’t come any closer!”
“I am warning you! Don’t get any closer!”
Dong Xuebing continued walking forward. He stood before a gun after a few seconds. He pointed to the center of his brows. “I can tell you had not been serious during your yearly firearm training from the way you hold the gun. Administrative staff… Fine. Let me help you in case you miss and hurt others. Can you see the center of my brows? Shoot here. Just squeeze the trigger. You will not miss from this distance. Eh? Why didn’t you release the safety? Hurry up and release it.”
Dong Xuebing looked at them with a smile. He was not scared at all.
The staff with guns were stunned. This young man was not scared of their guns and could even go up to them and teach them where to shoot.

They had met many crazy people before but had never met anyone like Dong Xuebing.
Everyone looked at Dong Xuebing in shock. No wonder he dares to barge into the City State Security Bureau. He was fearless.
Someone shouted. “Why did you hit Director Wang?”
Dong Xuebing and Wang Shen must have deep grudges.
Dong Xuebing knew he should not tell others that Wang Shen beat up Sister Xu. After all, it is her family matters, and it would harm her reputation. He smiled. “Why? There’s no reason. I don’t like his face and feel like beating him.”
Everyone cursed when they heard his reply.
