“Sis… Sis…” Shen Xiaomei called.

Shen Xiaoyan replied. “He says Xiao Dong is reliable.”
Shen Xiaomei paused for a second. “Reliable? Does this means Chief knows him?”
Shen Xiaoyan did not reply to her sister. She turned to Zhang Longjuan. “Sorry, Ms. Zhang. I must ask my Chief. I apologize if I caused trouble for you and Mr. Dong.” Zhang Longjuan asked her not to talk about Dong Xuebing, and Dong Xuebing saved her and her sister. She felt bad for informing her higher-up about him.
Zhang Longjuan smiled. “It is your duty to report to your superior. It’s fine if you tell him about Xiao Dong. You did not tell him about his combat powers, and I am grateful for that.”
Shen Xiaoyan paused for a while and asked. “What is Mr. Dong’s name?”
Zhang Longjuan laughed. “Didn’t you hear it from your superior?”
Shen Xiaoyan looked at her. “Is he Dong Xuebing?”

He also has some deep wounds on his chest. However, he seems to be fine. His body is strong, and he is in a stable condition.”

The middle-aged man replied after two seconds. “You still have a few days to complete your mission. Take care of Dong Xuebing and ensure his injuries do not worsen. If you can bring him to the hospital, you must ensure he stays there to check his wounds. You all can ask him after his injuries are stable. Check with him if he wants to come back. If he wishes to return, I will arrange for someone to fetch him.”
Shen Xiaoyan gasped. “Fetch him?”
The middle-aged man replied. “His identity is special. Don’t ask anymore and do as I say.”

The middle-aged man thought for a second and said. “The mission cannot be delayed. You can shake him off if necessary.”
“Huh? What if we cannot shake him off? I am scared he…”
“Handle it yourself. You can don’t consult me if you encounter special circumstances. That’s it. Be careful.”
Shen Xiaoyan tried to digest what her Chief said after hanging up.
